Tony Hoar only built a handful of custom bikes in the British Columbia Canada and feature amazing + innovative details and sensational finishes throughout. 

Check out that super unique flush-clampless seatpost mount / clamp design and that equally impressive pump mount & position! Research Tony Hoar as he is a genius mind who still dabbles in the bicycle world.
